A reminder for all the Vic sailors that the next heat of the Winter Series is on this coming Sunday (26th Aug) at 1:00pm at Mordialloc. If you’re missing sailing, now is the ideal time to dust off the boat and prep for the coming summer. There is a regular group of around 5 Sabres sailing each week in the MSC winter series.
Despite the dreary forecasts, we’ve had fantastic sailing at Mordialloc over the past three weeks. Last week was a sunny 5 to 10kt day with the previous week at a faster 15kt – just enough wind to kick the occasional wave down the back of the wetsuit to remind you that it’s still winter!
