    Is a fixed rudder allowed in the Sabre class?
    I am planning on restoring an old boat and do like the use of a fixed rudder blade, also that will be easier than building a rudder box.

    My understanding is that basically if it is not covered in the rules and building notes then it is not allowed. There is no mention of fixed rudders in the rules.
