Cleveland Yacht Club will host the final 3 heats (4-6) of the State Titles on Sunday 17/4/05, this is a change of venue, originally these heats were to be sailed on 19th & 20th March at Southport.
Courses will be shorter than usual (approx 1 hour duration) and consist of one triangle and windward return leg to allow three races to be held on the one day. The first heat will start (not before) 10-30a.m., second heat (not before) 12-30p.m., third heat (not before) 2.00p.m. An A.G.M. will be held after the last race.
I would like to say congratulations to all QLD boats who sailed in the Qld state titles. A special congratulations to Rex Scott who is the QLD state title holder for this year (not for long- haha). It was a great series and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I completed only the last races and to my surprise i was crowned Junior title holder for this year. But once again congratulations to all who competed.
