    QSSA CALENDAR 2009-10 (version 1)
    Here is the Qld calendar for 2009-10. It is version1, as the dates for 2010 have not been finalised.

    Traveller Series 2009-10
    Heat 1 & 2 Sat, 5 September 09 RQYS In conjunction RQYS 2009-10 Opening Day, full program will be emailed next week, race start time approx 2.00pm
    Heat 3 Sun, 13 September 09 CYC In conjunction Redland Spring Festival, Fleet Blessing 11.30am, race start 12.30pm
    Heat 4, 5 & 6 Sun, 24 January 10 CYC In conjunction Phil Briggs Australia Day Regatta
    Heat 7 tbc, February 10 MSC Maroochy Sailing Club, date tbc
    Heat 8 tbc, March 10 BSS Brisbane Sailing Squadron, Bulimba

    Qld Sabre State Title 2009-10
    21 & 22 November Humpybong Yacht Club

    Other optional events – away races to tune up, sharpen up the boat handling and enjoy
    Note – nil organisation by QSSA committee for these events – turn up, make own arrangements, do your own thing or organise a group of friends

    19 & 20 September Humpybash 09, HYC Get some practice for the States

    Is the date and venue for States yet confirmed? Will a NOR be avail online?

    Hi,

    The Qld Sabre States will be held at Humpybong Yacht Club, over the weekend of 21-22 November 2009.

    A NoR will be posted to this forum when the finer details are confirmed.

    Thanks Sue. Might be in Brisvegas that week and toyed with the idea of bringing the boat across. Won’t know till the last minute…can we enter on the Saturday?

    Hi,

    I will check with my Committee re the Saturday entry.

    I do know that we cannot allow part-regatta entry, due to the pricing structure for the event.
