The Sabres return to Black Rock in just over a year as Victoria takes its turn to host the nationals. The event will run from 28 December 2016 through to 3 January 2017.
Black Rock has an enviable record of hosting big national and world championships and it will be great to see the championships at Victoria’s largest Sabre club. The Vic committee is looking for at least a 100 boat fleet to continue the tradition of large nationals which saw 130 entries 4 years ago at Blairgowrie.
Melbourne with its landmarks and fabulous food, cultural, and sporting attractions is is a wonderful place to visit in the summer time, and the organisers will be putting on a great social program during the series to provide as big a buzz off the water for competitors as they will get on the water.
